This is a **permanent, term\-time only role**, working **Monday to Friday, 8:30am\-4:30pm**, with pay between **12\.87\- 14\.03 per hour** depending on experience and qualifications. Salary is paid **pro rata across 12 months**, meaning you receive consistent monthly pay throughout the year, including school holidays. You will support pupils both **1:1 and in small groups**, helping with learning, wellbeing, behaviour management, and personal development in a calm, nurturing environment. The role involves working closely with the class teacher to deliver personalised learning and promote positive engagement in education. **We are looking for someone who has:** * Experience working with SEN children or young people * Strong behaviour management skills * GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/Level 3 or above) * A patient, adaptable, and child\-centred approach * Understanding of safeguarding procedures A **Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification** and **full UK driving licence** are desirable.
