Main Responsibilities: ✅ Accompany the driver on local and out-of-town delivery routes ✅ Assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper product handling ✅ Verify that cargo matches invoices, waybills, and shipping documentation ✅ Conduct basic physical inspections of the vehicle before and after each route (checklist) ✅ Ensure proper arrangement and secure storage of cargo during transit ✅ Assist in collecting delivery evidence (signatures, stamps, photographs) ✅ Report incidents, anomalies, or damages detected during the route ✅ Maintain constant communication with the logistics and monitoring departments ✅ Provide courteous and professional customer service at the delivery point ✅ Assist with returns, pickups, and validation of rejected products ✅ Comply with safety protocols and internal guidelines ✅ Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned vehicle We seek responsible, observant individuals with a service-oriented attitude.
