We are seeking a passionate professional with strong strategic vision to join our team and lead growth in the Hidalgo region. What will you do at Aviva? Drive AVIVA's territorial growth by identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and strategically acquiring commercial premises to open 5 new operational units per month. This role combines commercial insight, technology use, knowledge of the real estate market, and agile operational execution. Your main responsibilities will include: Prospect and evaluate strategic zones for expansion, based on market data, pedestrian traffic, and customer profiles. Actively search for commercial premises at state and regional levels—both on-site and through digital tools (Google Maps, real estate marketplaces, broker networks, real estate agencies, etc.). Conduct technical and commercial evaluation visits of identified premises. Negotiate rental terms, contracts, and additional benefits with property owners and real estate agents. Generate executive reports for each proposed premise: AAA analysis (Foot Traffic, Attractiveness, Accessibility), profitability estimates, and comparables. Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Design, Operations, IT). Build a reliable local network of contacts, developers, and real estate brokers. What are we looking for in you? Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to expansion, business development, market analysis, commercial real estate, or B2B sales. Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in fields such as Administration, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related disciplines. Strong capability to strategically analyze zones and assess real estate opportunities. Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills. Results-oriented mindset with strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Proactivity and autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving. Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently and work on-site across the entire state of Hidalgo. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM.
