Main Responsibilities Post job openings on various platforms (job portals, social media, local job boards). Screen candidates via phone and in person. Schedule as many interviews as possible each day. Create recruitment content and web pages. Meet established objectives. Requirements Education: High school or preparatory school Minimum experience: In operational recruitment and/or similar positions. Knowledge of mass and operational recruitment. Proficiency with digital tools and possession of a mobile phone. Organization and planning skills. Effective communication. Results-oriented. Proactivity and sense of urgency.
