Job Summary: Responsible for the efficient delivery of goods following planned routes and supporting administrative and purchasing tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient transportation and delivery of goods according to planned routes. 2. Support in purchasing, collections, and administrative procedures across various departments. 3. Maintenance of the work vehicle in optimal condition. Transport assigned goods, follow planned routes to meet delivery schedules as required by the sales department’s order distribution needs, and assist with corporate purchases. · Ensure all documentation required by authorities for carrying out job activities remains up to date. · Operate the vehicle while complying with local traffic regulations. · Assist with minor purchases, customer collections, government office procedures, banking institution transactions, and other office duties as required. · Plan routes and manage time effectively to support other departments. · Notify designated departments when assigned tasks cannot be performed. · Unload and deliver purchased items to respective departments. · Complete pre-route checklists (verification lists). · Verify that all requirements for vehicle operation are met (circulation card, road tax, insurance, “Hoy No Circula” program compliance). · Implement, execute, and monitor corrective actions and improvement opportunities. · Take necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction. · Daily delivery of goods to customers as assigned by the department supervisor. · Deliver required goods at times and locations specified by each customer. \- Submit daily to the department supervisor copies or originals of invoices confirming customer receipt of goods. · Report shortages or overages of goods to the sales department within 24 hours. · Operate the vehicle carefully and in compliance with traffic regulations. · Maintain the work vehicle in optimal operating condition. · Use appropriate personal protective equipment for job tasks. · Ensure the vehicle complies with all obligations mandated by authorities.
