Experience: Minimum of 3 years performing the following duties: \- Identify new site locations within assigned areas, considering valuation, property negotiation, pedestrian traffic counts, etc. \- Review and validate documentation of potential sites to determine their viability. \- Generate ROIC for each site and verify its feasibility. \- Contact and negotiate with property owners to secure lease agreements. \- Prepare evaluation files for identified sites. \- Present potential sites to the Expansion Manager on-site, explaining their advantages and weaknesses on a weekly basis. \- Flexible availability. \- Work location: State of Mexico and CDMX. \- Interested candidates should apply through the platform.
