The selected candidate will play a key role in **project management, supervision, and administration**, ensuring quality and compliance. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate technical crews and subcontracted personnel engaged in maintenance activities. * Receive, register, and manage service order numbers for scheduled services. * Control and monitor project-related costs. * Prepare payroll drafts, site surveys, reports, and material requisitions. * Track construction schedules and achievement of objectives. Skills and Knowledge * Proficiency in PC use and administrative tools. * Positive attitude, responsibility, cooperation, and availability. * Organizational skills and proactivity in project management. Requirements * Degree: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture. * Age: 23 years or older. * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or construction projects. * Flexible working hours.
