Join the Vinte team as: **Budget Analyst Manager** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Analyze the executive project and develop the construction budget. **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Reading architectural, structural, hydraulic and sanitary installations, gas, and finishes drawings for interpretation and generation. * Preparing quantity take-offs according to project specifications to determine budget volume. * Analyzing and updating subcontractor pricing for construction. * Analyzing material, labor, small equipment, and machinery productivity for unit price integration. * Compiling technical budget files for cost center authorization and allocation. * Knowledge of construction materials/technical data sheets (housing, urban development, infrastructure, equipment) to analyze their productivity. * Verifying construction processes as a means to measure productivity and efficiency. * Managing change orders to resolve incidents and/or project modifications. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Experience: 3 years in a related position. * A stress-resilient individual capable of working under pressure and with flexible working hours. * Proficiency in Office 365 (Intermediate Excel). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and ERP systems (Enkontrol). * Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary + attractive benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development. * Job stability.
