Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect with experience in residential construction, project development, and the ability to work effectively in a team, proposing efficient solutions. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY REQUIRES: Project Architect **Requirements** Experience: Architects with a minimum of 2 years’ experience Age: 30 years old or older Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Ability to work in a team, follow established guidelines, and propose effective solutions. Not open to students. RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience in residential construction Project development and design Knowledge of structural drawings Selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, equipment for housing units and amenities Calculation of hydraulic, sanitary, electrical, and gas installations Preparation of calculation and descriptive project reports Rendering Knowledge of geometric project elements including alignments, cross-sections, profiles, and volumes EXPERIENCE IN: SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY: AUTOCAD SKETCHUP PHOTOSHOP ILLUSTRATOR REVIT COST AND BUDGET ESTIMATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS FULL-TIME POSITION, WITH A 3-MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
