* Collaborate in the configuration of equipment under test (configured, loaded, and within the laboratory); * Collaborate in the maintenance, support, backup, and upgrading of computer equipment, printers, and servers; justify requirements for growth and replacement to ensure proper operation; * Assist in meeting the requirements established in the current NMX-EC-17025-IMNC standard (current ISO/IEC 17025) *"General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories"*; * Collaborate in developing an inventory control system and a Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Program for Computer, Power, and Communications Equipment, keeping it traceable and organized; Requirements: - Degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. - English language: minimum ability to read at a basic level, or intermediate to advanced proficiency in all four skills. - Programming languages, databases, networks, telephony, software and hardware engineering, communications, general electronics knowledge, office software, server administration; Knowledge of network and wireless device configuration, PC configuration from Windows XP up to Windows 7 Professional, Windows Server, Bluetooth terminal handling, Wi-Fi, administrative software usage. - Capable of developing and implementing corrective and preventive maintenance programs for computer equipment and peripherals; able to interpret electronic diagrams and technical manuals in English; reads, writes, and speaks English at a basic level.
