SALARY BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS
Maintenance Manager for a pharmaceutical company (NOM-059 and FEUM), responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all maintenance personnel activities (preventive, predictive, and corrective) for facilities and machinery. Maximize operational availability, ensure personnel safety, and optimize the allocated budget.
Key responsibilities of the position are organized into four main areas:
Operations Management
Strategic planning: Design and execute annual preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment and infrastructure.
Regular inspections: Monitor the condition of facilities, systems (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical), HVAC systems, and production equipment to detect failures before they occur.
Breakdown control: Prioritize and manage urgent work orders to minimize downtime.
Budget and Resource Administration
Budget preparation: Forecast and manage departmental operating costs.
Inventory control: Supervise the procurement, storage, and availability of spare parts, tools, and materials.
Vendor management: Coordinate and evaluate the work of external contractors for specialized services.
Leadership and Personnel Management
Team supervision: Coordinate technicians, supervisors, and maintenance staff assigned to different areas and shifts.
Training: Implement continuous training programs on new technologies, tools, and work protocols.
Performance evaluation: Measure team productivity and establish individual and departmental objectives.
**Safety protocols:** Ensure all operations comply with current industrial safety regulations.
**Regulatory compliance:** Ensure facilities and machinery operate within the quality and environmental standards required by the organization.
