Position Summary: We are seeking a professional expert in graphic design and event coordination, with skills in staff supervision and customer service to ensure the successful execution of celebrations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in advertising poster design and decoration 2. End-to-end event coordination and client management 3. Staff supervision and resolution of unforeseen issues Expert in advertising poster design, decoration, sketching, vinyl, corrugated plastic (coroplast), etc. Coordinate event planning and organization: Review information for each Contracted Event, prepare and track the event order, confirm client requirements, number of guests, and contracted services. Operational coordination: Supervise pre-event setup, coordinate the schedule of Contracted Activities during the event, and ensure all contracted services are executed correctly, resolving any unforeseen issues that may arise during the event. Staff supervision: Assign roles to operational staff prior to the start of the Desired Event, monitor team performance during service delivery, and ensure compliance with Advanced service protocols, safety standards, and customer service expectations. Customer service: Greet hosts and attend to their needs throughout the Contracted Event, address requests or adjustments during the celebration, resolve inquiries, suggestions, or Advanced situations arising with clients. Event closure: Supervise post-event dismantling and space cleanup, report incidents, areas for improvement, and client feedback. Ensure the event concludes as scheduled.
