Assistance in pedagogical and recreational activities **Position:** Educational Assistant **Position Objective** Provide comprehensive care, supervision, and support for children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development, ensuring their well-being, safety, and hygiene, in compliance with current IMSS regulations. **Education Requirements:** **Minimum qualification: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in:** * Childcare * Educational Assistant * Early Childhood or Preschool Education * Pedagogy **Experience Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in: * Childcare (especially for children aged 43 days to 4 years) * Daycare centers, childcare facilities, or preschools **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and care for children at all times * Assist in pedagogical and recreational activities * Feed children according to instructions and schedules * Change diapers and assist with hygiene habits * Supervise rest periods * Maintain clean and orderly work areas * Record incidents, meals, and daily activities * Implement safety and emergency response protocols * Maintain respectful communication with parents and the work team Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Salary: $9,582\.47 Position Type: Full-time Salary: $9,582\.47 \- $9,582\.48 per month Work Location: On-site employment
