Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to ensure the supply of supplies for banquets and restaurants, maintaining operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage orders and ensure availability of supplies 2. Inventory coordination and purchase control 3. Collaborate in optimizing procurement processes **At Grupo Pixca, we seek talent!** **We currently have an opening for a Purchasing Supervisor.** **Objective:** Ensure banquets and restaurants have all required supplies so that operations remain uninterrupted. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that all orders are entered into the system at least 15 days before each event. * Cross-check orders against inventories and proformas. * Approve orders. * Prepare orders to suppliers. * Generate invoices from receipts. * Record product receipts in the system, followed by issuing items to consumption centers. * Issue purchase policies with movement records, along with purchase orders and requisitions. * Verify cash and supplier expenses. * Conduct month-end inventories. * Confirm no supplies are missing in either kitchens or bars to execute events and manage inventory operations. * Prepare orders to restaurant suppliers. * Process purchases for banquets and restaurants. * Deliver supplies to banquets and restaurants. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred (completed). * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * 5% savings fund contribution. * Uniforms. * Employee cafeteria. **If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please apply through this channel and/or send your CV to recruitment@pixca.com** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
