Prepare purchase requests, define technical specifications for goods or services to be acquired, and coordinate procurement with Purchasing in accordance with UL policies and procedures. Receive acquired goods or services according to payment terms agreed upon in the contract. Verify appropriate warranties and bonds to protect the investment. * Ensure compliance with payment terms for each requested work by properly managing processes until completion of the PO(s) arising from the project scope. * Ensure alignment with the Local/Latam T\&E team, guaranteeing compliance with standards, specifications, and all documentation necessary to ensure project success. * Manage follow-up reports for local and regional projects. * Coordinate with Fixed Assets for database updates. * Participate in project conceptualization and design * Supervise and direct basic and detailed engineering development * Technical evaluation of equipment, accessories, and installation proposals. * Coordinate with Production, Strategy, and Planning regarding plant shutdowns required for installation, commissioning, and other project-related shutdowns, ensuring timely execution to avoid demand impact. * Generate and deliver installation drawings, equipment catalogs, manuals, and MP folios produced through project implementation, updating technical file information. * Request respective approvals, project closures, and capitalizations. * Authorize, through signing relevant forms (ATS, work permits, etc.), contractor activities within the company, conducting job and location risk analysis, in compliance with Construction Safety guidelines. * Lead cross-functional teams for new facility projects and/or process modifications—guiding manufacturing teams, * Ensure project execution within Unilever’s working methodology UMS (Unilever Manufacturing System), applying program tools * Support manufacturing in resolving chronic equipment issues through consultation during loss investigations. * Engage extended regional and global teams for approval of various project stages. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned or delegated by the immediate supervisor * Comply with purchasing, finance, safety, quality policies, and all others related to project management and execution. * Monitor project compliance within each BU's DRA (Dynamic Resource Allocation), ensuring OTIF (On Time in Full) delivery of project(s), applicable to CAPEX, R2 (Restructuring), and WO (Write Off). **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Advanced English * Education: Engineering degree (certified) * Knowledge of Safety and Quality standards * PDM / PMMI Certification / Leadership in project management * Budget and CAPEX control * Vendor management * Mexican regulations * PowerBI (Desired) * Intermediate Excel * MS Project * Basic Finance * CAD * Project Management * TPM / WCM methodology **PREFERRED SKILLS** * Experience in process engineering within liquid beauty and personal care product industries. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Position requires 100% on-site presence at CIVAC plant.
