Pharmaceutical Laboratory is seeking Conditioning Operators to perform the following activities: Prepare cleaning solutions according to applicable procedures. Perform cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas and equipment. Identify areas, equipment, processes, products, raw materials, among others, in compliance with procedures. Record activities performed, timely and accurately, in accordance with Good Documentation Practices. Verify that conditioning orders for the product to be processed are complete and properly identified. Condition products according to the conditioning instructions, recording activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices. Reconcile raw materials upon completion of the conditioning process. Dispose of waste materials. Perform any required support activities within the plant. Operate conditioning equipment for which the candidate is trained, including but not limited to: blister machine, coder, conveyor table, box assembly. Prepare materials for return (where applicable) to the warehouse. Generate work orders for corrective maintenance of equipment. Verify that bulk, semi-finished, and finished products are properly identified at all stages of the process.
