




We are looking for a proactive IT support technician with strong problem-solving skills, excellent attitude, and eagerness to learn, to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling technical incidents, providing user assistance, and ensuring the proper functioning of systems and equipment. Main responsibilities: \- Diagnose and solve technical issues. \- Proficiency with Microsoft products (email setup, SharePoint management) \- Configure devices within domain environments \- Configuration of Ubiquiti and TP-LINK APs \- Manage Service Desk Plus \- Configuration and installation of closed-circuit systems \- Efficiently respond to and follow up on technical incidents. \- Provide remote and on-site user support. \- Set up and maintain computers, printers, servers, networks, closed-circuit systems, and structured cabling. \- Document procedures, solutions, and generate incident reports.
