Requirements: Education: Systems Engineering or related field Minimum 2 years’ experience managing IT projects, primarily software development projects using traditional and agile methodologies, with proficiency in the following activities and tools: * Project Management Methodologies: PMI; SDLC, Scrum, Lean. * PMI, SCRUM, LEAN certification (desirable) * Experience in supply chain projects (retail) is desirable. * Training in project management across different approaches—predictive and agile. * Focused and structured, with knowledge of best practices in management and communication. * Goal-oriented (achievements and KPIs). * Experience managing business and technology projects. * Intermediate English (desirable) * Open-minded and adaptable to change, flexible.
