Guarantee a healthy accounts receivable portfolio by supervising and coordinating collections management through the recovery of outstanding balances from the national distributor network. **Responsibilities:** · Analyze and process adjustments and reclassifications requested by respective departments to ensure accurate execution of the billing process. · Coordinate and supervise the timely and proper execution of overdue balance recovery by Credit Analysts and Market Managers, in accordance with current Credit Department policies and procedures. · Reconcile the “Dispatch Report” with the “Billing Report”, identify non-billable items, correct discrepancies, and maintain supporting documentation for audit reviews. · Monitor and analyze changes arising from tax regulations impacting billing, in coordination with the Tax Department, to keep the current commercial system up to date. **Requirements:** · Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related fields. · Experience: 2 years as Billing Manager and Credit Coordinator. · Knowledge: Tax and accounting knowledge; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Competencies: Customer service orientation, personnel management, leadership, adaptability to change and resilience, results orientation. · Additional Requirements: Mandatory flexible working hours; willingness to travel. The project duration is approximately 1 year.
