We are looking for you! **JOB MISSION** You will manage, coordinate, and lead the maintenance department, ensuring continuity and optimization of processes through effective management of your team, while maintaining safe conditions for both equipment and customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Electromechanical Engineering or related field) * Experience in electricity, industrial maintenance, and electromechanics * Manual dexterity * Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage work teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Valid driver’s license (mandatory) * Office and field work * Practical knowledge of industrial electricity and automatic control **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Field operations services for equipment inspection, fault diagnosis, and repair * Preparation of technical maintenance and repair reports * Management, supervision, and administration of personnel under your charge * Physical inventory management and supervision of warehouse efficiency * Design and enforcement of technical operating procedures * Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical systems, control panels, and pumping equipment * Conducting tests, assembly, commissioning, and quality assurance of pumping equipment. **WE OFFER:** * Salary to be discussed during the interview * Statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
