





**Salary:** MX$8,400.00 per month **Job Description:** We are seeking personnel with experience in industrial dining halls to work at the dining facility of the Cereso de Atlacholoaya, Xochitepec. **Atlacholoaya** Schedule: 08:00 am to 5:00 pm (Rotating weekend days off) Flexible availability **Responsibilities:** · Performs tasks such as cutting, peeling, or chopping vegetables, fruits, or produce to be used in dish preparation. · Measures and weighs ingredients to ensure the exact amount specified in recipes, using scales and measuring tools. · Assists the cook in preparing marinades, seasonings, and sauces added to dishes.
