DESCRIPTION #### **Job Objective** Support warehouse operational activities to ensure proper stocking, arrangement, inventory management, and product flow for toys and related items, maintaining order, cleanliness, and efficient operations that contribute to appropriate floor-stock replenishment. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Receiving merchandise (toys and accessories) * Arranging, labeling, and categorizing products by category or line (e.g., toys, figures, sets, etc.) * Stocking merchandise * Conducting inventory counts * Maintaining a clean, orderly warehouse area with properly organized merchandise * Assisting in pallet, skid, box, and packaging handling * Preparing products for displays or special orders * Reporting product damages, discrepancies, or shortages * Complying with safety regulations, merchandise handling procedures, and internal policies #### **Competencies** * Organization * Teamwork * Responsibility and punctuality * Attention to detail * Speed and efficiency * Service-oriented attitude * Adaptability to change We offer: * Salary: $2,100 MXN per week * Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Statutory benefits REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed junior high school or high school. **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in warehousing, logistics, merchandise arrangement, or similar roles. **Knowledge:** * Inventory control * Handling fragile merchandise * Basic use of tools or hydraulic pallet jack (preferred) **Physical abilities:** Ability to lift medium/heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and move merchandise.
