**Centro Automotriz Futurama is seeking a Floor Assistant** Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30\-6:00 and Saturdays from 8:30 \-2:00 Work location: Cuernavaca, Mor. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate requested services, providing personalized attention and guidance to the customer regarding the service package requested, within established timeframes. * Safeguard the customer's vehicle until delivery. * Provide personnel in the cashier area with orders so they can proceed to record the sale for payment. * Ask the customer if they will require an invoice, so their information can be promptly sent to the cashier staff. * Generate sales orders in the system according to the service package requested by the customer. * Monitor work orders, maintaining constant communication with personnel performing the services. * Verify that requested services are completed on time and properly. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience driving standard, automatic vehicles, and preferably motorcycles. * Proficiency with ERP systems. * Knowledge of tires (mechanical background desirable). * Customer service experience. **WE OFFER:** * Biweekly salary * Bonus * Statutory benefits * Vacation bonus * PTU (Profit Sharing) * Life insurance **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:** * Personal loans * Discounts on automotive services * Discounts on tire purchases * Life insurance Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
