Job Summary: We are seeking an ONT/OLT Engineer with experience in FTTH/PON networks to configure, test, and provide technical support, ensuring network quality and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Execute technical POC tests of ONT/OLT equipment in controlled and customer environments. * Perform OLT configurations (PON ports, profiles, VLANs, QoS) and ONT configurations (services, authentication, network parameters). * Conduct troubleshooting for technical issues during testing and validation. * Provide technical support during validation and acceptance processes. * Prepare POC test reports, technical results, and conclusions. * Document configurations, incidents, findings, and technical recommendations. * Prepare required documentation to support customer decision-making. * Coordinate with engineering, project, and customer teams for technical alignment. * Explain test results and support defining next technical steps.
