




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Tool Maker to perform complex repairs on injection molds, train personnel, and collaborate with Engineering to deliver high-precision solutions. Perform highly complex repairs on plastic injection molds. Supervise and train Tool Makers in mold component manufacturing and repair activities. Follow priorities established by Supervisor or Management; likewise delegate tasks. Build high-complexity, high-precision injection mold components. Work closely with Engineering and Molding to determine root causes of mold and component defects and damage. Provide technical and functional guidance to technical staff and apprentices according to job descriptions. Design, fabricate, modify, or rebuild injection molds—from basic to high-complexity and high-precision. Implement Engineering changes and revisions to injection molds. Prepare maintenance and repair cost reports for injection molds. Maintain injection mold spare parts inventory. Follow and comply with all applicable programs, policies, and guidelines—for example: GMP, ISO, LOTO safety programs. Perform insert changes for production and Engineering evaluations. Responsible for control, handling, identification, and safeguarding of these components. Support all programs and initiatives related to the Code of Ethics, Jabil Values, and Sustainability programs. Support all Safety, Health, and Quality Program initiatives. Understand and implement the Quality Policy. Complete all training requirements per the Training Matrix and Quality Management System, training identified in training needs assessments, and attend all training sessions when participation is required. Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, depending on company evolution and departmental/position requirements. JOB PROFILE * High School Diploma 4.2 Proven Experience * Three to five years of experience in similar positions 4.3 Operational Proficiency Knowledge and proficiency in design and machining software (SolidWorks and MasterCAM). Demonstrated knowledge of precision machining using conventional and CNC equipment. Willingness to rotate shifts. Willingness to work weekends. Problem-diagnosis skills and positive attitude. Leadership-focused and talent-development oriented. Proficiency in English (Intermediate level). Positive attitude for cross-departmental interaction.
