**A Leading Distribution and Logistics Company**: **GUNA, a distributor of fast-moving consumer goods, supports small and medium-sized retailers to boost sales through the traditional channel. We are seeking:** **Motorcycle-Based Field Sales \| Cuernavaca Area** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Minimum completed junior high school education.** **At least 6 months of fieldwork / sales / promotion experience.** **Knowledge of retail sales.** **Order placement and registration.** **Valid driver's license issued by the State of Morelos.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Receive and familiarize yourself with your assigned route, supported by the territory mapping established in the mobile system.** **Identify the segment of the route to be covered each day of the week.** **Master the product catalog, promotions, pricing, brand features, and product specifications to be offered.** **Identify and master SKUs in the mobile system relative to the product catalog.** **Participate in daily coaching sessions to understand commercial criteria (e.g., sales targets, product mix, priority items for sale, area performance goals, etc.).** **Know and monitor your daily status and performance against your sales target.** **Conduct sales activities based on in-depth knowledge of the product catalog and product specifications.** **Ensure the delivery driver has the name and location of the point-of-sale for product delivery.** **Close out the day’s sales in the mobile system.** **Promote current promotions and trade marketing initiatives in accordance with prevailing criteria and policies.** **Conduct route sweeps to acquire new customers and properly manage onboarding.** **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** **Base salary \+ Commissions \+ Bonuses** **Paid training.** **Weekly payments.** **Statutory benefits.** **Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM until completion of route.** **Work location: Cuernavaca.** **Applicants who fully meet all requirements are invited to apply via this channel, submitting either a formal application letter or an updated CV; we will contact you shortly.**
