Proposal of disruptive formats and visual trends Job Description At BRIX, we are looking for a Creative Designer with strategic thinking and a high aesthetic sensibility—someone capable of transforming ideas into visually compelling concepts that deliver real impact. This role goes beyond design: it translates KPIs, insights, and paid media strategies into assets that connect, stop the scroll, and convert. You will play a key role in developing visual campaigns for sectors such as real estate, automotive, corporate, and brand projects. Main Responsibilities \* Develop visual identities, creative concepts, and graphic guidelines for multichannel campaigns. \* Create designs for social media, high-conversion ads, commercial presentations, landing pages, and brand assets. \* Collaborate with the performance team to produce creatives aligned with CTR, CPL, ROAS, or engagement objectives. \* Design materials for key clients including real estate developers, corporate companies, and premium brands. \* Rapidly execute creative, functional ideas under agency deadlines. \* Continuously propose disruptive formats, visual trends, and new design methodologies. \* Maintain visual consistency across all BRIX and client assets. \* Prepare final files for print, digital, or high-impact presentations.
