This person will ensure the quality, timeliness, and competitive pricing of purchases, maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and guarantee compliance with internal policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute the complete purchasing process for supplies, materials, food, beverages, spare parts, and services. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. * Evaluate and approve suppliers, ensuring quality, costs, and service. * Prepare and monitor purchase orders, contracts, and budgets. * Control inventory in coordination with Warehouse and operational departments. * Monitor market trends to optimize costs. * Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and internal procedures.
