Mentorship during onboarding of new hires **Trainer** **Location:** Monterrey City Center **Salary:** $10,000 to $12,000 MXN monthly **Schedule:** Full-time **Work Environment:** Collaborative and supportive **Objective:** Deliver and coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver in-person and online courses, workshops, and training activities tailored to team needs and objectives. * Evaluate participant performance, learning outcomes, and satisfaction, as well as the impact of training. * Prepare reports and summaries of training activities conducted. * Collaborate with the training team to identify development needs. * Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. * Support the onboarding process for new hires and serve as a mentor during their integration. **Requirements:** * Incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Psychology, or Business Administration * Strong verbal communication and group facilitation skills * Proficiency in digital training tools * One year of experience in a similar role Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
