




**Position Purpose** Ensure the complete installation of landscape projects—including vegetative systems, irrigation, lighting, furniture, planters, substrates, and finishes—is executed safely, with technical precision, aesthetic quality, and professional rigor, meeting Macondo’s design standards and site-specific conditions. This role guarantees accurate translation of design into built reality, minimizes risks, anticipates issues, and safeguards design integrity on site. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Overall construction site coordination. 2. Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). 3. Safety and protocols. 4. Communication and documentation. 5. Schedule and cost control. 6. Vegetation and system installation. **Technical Requirements Education** ● Architecture, Forestry Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Experience ● 3–7 years in garden installation, exterior construction, or construction coordination. ● Proven experience supervising crews on site. ● In-depth knowledge of: * Professional planting * Substrates and soil preparation * Irrigation (Hunter, RainBird) * Management of suppliers for planters, steel, carpentry, and light civil works * Interpretation of construction drawings **Essential Technical Skills** ● Reading of construction drawings and details. ● Time management and planning. ● On-site problem solving. ● Industrial safety knowledge. ● Basic use of digital tools (WhatsApp, Slack, Drive, Sheets, technical photography). **Personal Competencies** ● Operational order and discipline. ● Technical and aesthetic judgment. ● Responsible decision-making. ● Respectful and firm leadership. ● Ability to anticipate risks. ● Clear, direct, and documented communication. ● High professional ethics. ● Autonomy and full site responsibility.
