Implement innovative AI and data analytics solutions, lead ERP projects from start to finish (with a focus on **NetSuite**), and optimize business processes through technology, driving strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. ### **✅** **Essential Requirements:** * **Advanced and verifiable experience with NetSuite (ERP).** * More than **15 years of experience** in IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technical support, and data analysis. * Minimum of **7 years in managerial positions** within the manufacturing industry. * Practical experience in **artificial intelligence and data analytics**. * Experience leading **end-to-end ERP implementations**. * In-depth knowledge of ERP modules: **accounting, HR, production, quality, procurement, maintenance, CDS, and inventory**. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel, Power BI, and Dash**. * **Advanced English** (reading, writing, and speaking). * Experience in **budget management and control**. * Strong **leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary team management skills**. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead **IT, infrastructure, technical support, cybersecurity, and data analytics teams**. * Implement and oversee **end-to-end ERP projects (NetSuite)**, ensuring integration of modules such as accounting, HR, production, quality, procurement, maintenance, inventory, and CDS. * Develop and deploy solutions based on **artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics**. * Manage and control **IT and technology project budgets**. * Provide user support, ensuring operational continuity of enterprise systems. * Design and analyze **strategic reports** using Power BI, Dash, and advanced Excel. * Ensure compliance with **information security and cybersecurity policies**. * Evaluate and propose **technological improvements** to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency. * Communicate results, progress, and technological recommendations to **senior management**. ### **Desired Competencies:** * Strategic thinking and results orientation. * Ability to **make data-driven decisions**. * Innovation and **proactivity** in adopting new technologies. * High **adaptability** to changing technological environments.
