Learn from someone who has already done it: over 190,000 YouTube subscribers and 600,000 Facebook followers, monetizing social media for the past 5 years. This position is part of the **Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro** program, so you will receive a monthly economic scholarship while learning. No prior experience is required — only attitude, commitment, and passion for social media. What will you learn? * Social media growth strategies (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and more) * Using AI to create content. * Professional video editing * Designing eye-catching thumbnails and posts. * Analyzing metrics to make data-driven decisions * Monetization strategies across multiple platforms Requirements to become an apprentice * Minimum education level: completed high school (traditional in-person modality) * Reside near the Salida Quiroga area (preferred, to facilitate your daily commute) * Genuine interest in social media, video, and content creation (not viewing it solely as immediate income; you must truly wish to grow long-term.) * Availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, with a 1-hour break Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Company-provided phone Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
