Personnel Manager

**Position Purpose** Ensure proper management of the company's personnel by handling labor procedures, strengthening organizational culture, addressing operational needs, and developing strategies that promote a healthy, productive work environment aligned with the organization's values. **Main Responsibilities** Administrative and Labor Management * Manage permissions, vacations, exit passes, and sanctions, ensuring correct use of forms and procedures. * Prepare administrative reports and manage complaints or grievances in a documented and objective manner. * Properly conclude employment relationships by conducting interviews and exit surveys. * Safeguard and update employee records in coordination with the Payroll department. * Supervise payments related to employees: bonuses, profit sharing, and other compensations. * Issue identification cards and ensure staff enter wearing uniforms and with complete documentation. Work Environment and Organizational Culture * Implement employee engagement surveys and propose improvement actions. * Promote internal communication, sense of belonging, and organizational values. * Plan and execute monthly integration programs: contests, recognitions, commemorations, and special events (cultural, sports, and family-related). * Maintain a healthy relationship with staff by listening to their needs and suggestions. **Operational Support** * Monitor shift coverage needs in case of absences: verify roles, contact replacements, and escalate to supervisors if coverage is not achieved. * Manage meal controls, deliveries/receptions, and accountability for materials or equipment. * Notify gatehouse of employee hires, terminations, or incidents, ensuring effective communication. * Keep the WhatsApp broadcast group updated as the official channel for internal announcements. * Safeguard and responsibly use the HR mobile phone designated for urgent matters outside working hours. **Communication and Reporting** * Issue timely notices regarding holidays or non-working days, indicating production stoppages or shift adjustments. * Deliver weekly reports on hires, vacancies, and expiration timelines. * Analyze personnel indicators and prepare periodic reports for management. * Coordinate with immediate supervisors and management to follow up on performance and continuous improvement plans. **Working Relationships** * Internal: All departments and employees within the company. * External: Labor institutions, service providers related to personnel (when required). **Required Competencies** * Effective and assertive communication. * Leadership and labor relations management. * Organization and time management. * Decision-making and conflict resolution. * Handling indicators and report preparation. * Discretion and confidential handling of information. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum of 3 years in roles related to personnel administration, labor relations, or human resources. **Job Conditions** * Availability to handle situations outside regular working hours when necessary. •On-site work with constant interaction across all company departments. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary of $6,083 gross/week. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for growth and development. * Collaborative and stable work environment.
