Market leaders in LATAM with a presence in Mexico, Ecuador, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. ### **What are we looking for?** A **Database Analyst** with **excellent Excel proficiency (advanced level)**, strong analytical thinking, and a passion for transforming data into actionable strategies to optimize collections and account control. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Bucket analysis:** segmentation of portfolios by delinquency status and risk. * **Assess amounts and delinquencies:** analyze delinquency trends and outstanding balances to prioritize actions. * **Account control:** detailed monitoring of account status and its evolution. * Tracking of **payment promises** and their fulfillment. * **Payment recording:** capture and consolidation of actual payment information. * Create and maintain **weekly dashboards and reports** reflecting key KPIs. * Process, clean, and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with operations and technology teams to align goals and strategies.
