**What you will do** As a Product Management Intern you will support the end\-to\-end lifecycle of product requirements, from definition all the way to launch. This is a cross functional role that requires collaborating closely with engineering, product marketing, customer support and data analysts. **Your responsibilities:** * Support the Product Management team in driving continuous improvements within the area. * Assist in defining, tracking, and analyzing key company KPIs to measure progress toward strategic goals. * Contribute to understanding and managing all aspects of the product — including how it works, its objectives, strategy, and ongoing tasks. * Support the definition and alignment of the Kinedu App’s strategy and roadmap. * Support initiatives that drive adoption, usage, and revenue growth through product improvements. * Conduct market and customer research to identify potential new features or releases. * Take a data\-driven approach to identifying the biggest growth opportunities. * Work closely with the Marketing team to understand current growth strategies, ensure successful product rollouts, and deliver a great end\-to\-end customer experience. * Collaborate with the Design team to support a user\-centered, simple, and intuitive UI/UX. * Work closely with the Engineering team to help ensure app quality and the successful launch of new product features that drive business outcomes. * Collaborate with the Analytics team to maintain updated dashboards and data sources for insights and future analysis. **What you’ll bring:** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Rigorous analytical approach * Planning, collaboration and organizational skills * Strong problem\-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job * Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross\-functional teams and third parties. * Proactive, driven, energetic and eager to learn. **What you’ll get:** * Proven experience working as an advertising sales representative or similar roles * You’ll join a startup that is part of: Endeavor, 500 startups, and has been awarded by App Store and Google Play team. * Opportunity to join a team of talented, dynamic, and results\-driven professionals. * A chance to work at a startup focused on improving early childhood development at scale with 8M\+ users in more than 230 countries.
