To strengthen our marketing and communications department, we are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be key in defining and maintaining our visual identity, creating materials ranging from branding and web design to commercial presentations that highlight our value proposition. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity across all channels (digital and print). * Design graphic materials for marketing and sales campaigns: banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and branding. * Create and optimize content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and email marketing campaigns. * Design user interfaces (UI) for digital materials such as landing pages, newsletters, and interactive presentations, ensuring a consistent user experience (UX). * Collaborate closely with teams to understand needs and deliver visual solutions that meet objectives. * Manage multiple design projects, meeting established deadlines. **Essential Requirements:** * Experience in a similar position, preferably in the technology, B2B, or services sector. * A diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and marketing design. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop... * Proficiency in Figma and/or PowerPoint/Google Slides for creating presentations and prototypes. * Solid knowledge of color theory, typography, composition, and design principles. * Ability to receive feedback, iterate on designs, and work collaboratively. * Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience or knowledge in the software, logistics, or technology sectors. * Basic knowledge of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or Premiere) for creating GIFs or short videos. * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not required, but a strong advantage). * Experience creating optimized templates for Google Slides and PowerPoint. * Illustration skills. **We Offer:** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive benefits and a salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills. * Statutory benefits.
