Job Summary: Administers and operates the spare parts warehouse, ensuring sufficient stock levels and orderly conditions in the area, while managing inventory and deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery and recordkeeping of spare parts **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administer and operate the spare parts warehouse, ensuring adequate material stock levels. * Ensure proper organization within the spare parts warehouse and sales floor, maintaining site safety and cleanliness standards. * Guarantee timely supply of spare parts and accessories on the sales floor according to the brand's established planogram, including accurate labeling (prices, special discounts, and promotions). * Conduct periodic inventory counts and place purchase orders to ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts, accessories, and supplies. * Accurately manage delivery and record outgoing spare parts, accessories, and supplies to all departments within the Service Center upon request. **REQUIREMENTS** * 1 year of experience in an identical or similar position (preferred) * Basic knowledge of truck spare parts (preferred) * Knowledge and experience in inventory control, classification, labeling, and goods receipt/issuance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Effective communication skills * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team * Class C driver's license **WE OFFER** * Base salary + bonuses * Statutory benefits, year-end bonus (Aguinaldo), vacation time, IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation premium * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance * Funeral expenses coverage * Discounts on products and services, as well as with affiliated companies * Continuous training * Career development opportunities and plans * Performance-based contests and awards * Employee referral programs * Personal growth programs Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Employee discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Referral program * Life insurance * Meal vouchers Education: * Incomplete or ongoing secondary education (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
