Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Systems Manager to support the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the quality and food safety management system. Coordinates export projects and certifications At SIGMA, we are seeking a QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGER **OBJECTIVE:** Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the quality and food safety management system. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain records of reviews and follow-up activities arising from internal audits * Schedule external audits for CADI, CEDI, or plant * Serve as the SQF practitioner at the Santa Catarina plant * Lead and participate in the HACCP committee * Advise on the implementation and monitoring of the HACCP committee across plants * Manage document control, retention, and updates * Analyze and verify compliance and validation of CCPs and prerequisites * Schedule, conduct, and manage internal audits for CADI, CEDI, and plants * Present results and progress of internal and external audits to the Quality Management and Regional teams * Train the internal audit team at least once per year * Update and deliver HACCP, SQF, etc. training * Prepare and present monthly management reviews * Coordinate export or certification projects * Participate in the Risk and Crisis Committee, continuous improvement projects, traceability drills, product recovery, and food defense initiatives * Support and participate in complaint investigations * Coordinate and guide regional quality inspectors **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Completed Bachelor's degree *At SIGMA, we champion originality.
