**Position Summary** Comprehensively coordinate and supervise the execution of projects related to the construction of electric vehicle charging stations, including electrical substations (500 to 2000 kVA), ensuring each project complies with drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, budgets, and delivery timelines through efficient management of resources, contractors, and logistics. **Main Responsibilities** Supervise the simultaneous execution of charging station and electrical substation projects. Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. Review the overall construction schedule and prepare the weekly construction plan. Prepare construction reports: Daily and weekly (activities, incidents, and progress), monthly (overall project status). Complete and monitor the construction logbook with contractors. Control budget and cost estimates. Coordinate logistics for supply of specialized electrical materials and equipment. Review contractor resources in advance to ensure proper execution. Identify delay risks (lack of personnel, machinery, materials, or equipment) and propose mitigation measures. Establish constructive improvement strategies or recovery measures in case of delays. Ensure compliance with safety and quality measures on every project. **Requirements** Education: Electrical Engineer or Civil Engineer (professional title and license required). Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision. Specific experience in projects involving electrical components and substations (required). Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret electrical and civil drawings, Supervision of medium-voltage electrical substation projects (500 to 2000 kVA), Familiarity with Mexican construction regulations, electrical safety, and construction logbooks, Budget and construction estimate control, Supply logistics and coordination with suppliers.
