Responsibilities: * Follow-up with new incoming students of the virtual university. * Follow-up with absent students in courses. * Academic advising and guidance. * Recovery of students on leave status. * Follow-up and resolution of academic procedures. * Phone, WhatsApp, and social media support for the university.
