Job Summary: This role involves reviewing and executing production schedules, managing personnel, implementing continuous improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel administration and regulatory compliance 2. Development of continuous improvement actions 3. Experience in the automotive sector and IATF 16949:2016 Review and execute the production schedule Manage assigned personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and quality procedures established by the organization Implement continuous improvement actions in accordance with the Continuous Improvement Procedure and promote staff participation Comply with the Training Procedure established in the quality management system Implement the 5S methodology Carry out assigned activities for the IFS Management System Relevant experience: Automotive production line Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
