Continuous coordination and communication with key internal departments ALTEN MÉXICO, a global leader in engineering and technology consulting, is seeking a Material Flow Engineer responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing material flows within the plant, ensuring proper layout planning, supply strategies, and pull systems. This role directly contributes to operational efficiency, inventory reduction, and continuous improvement of logistical and production processes. Main Responsibilities * Material Flow analysis and design using tools such as VSM and plant layouts * Definition and monitoring of material replenishment strategies * Implementation and improvement of Kanban systems * Development and updating of PFMEA focused on logistical and material flow processes * Continuous coordination and communication with internal departments including production, logistics, engineering, and procurement * Support in technical documentation related to material flow and layouts * Identification of risks and proposals for continuous improvement in supply processes * Use of CAD tools and enterprise systems for analysis and documentation **Requirements:** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Logistics Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in Material Flow activities * Knowledge of VSM, Layout, Material Replenishment Strategy, PFMEA, and Kanban * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Experience with SAP and Windchill * Knowledge of CREO and GD&T * Effective communication skills * Self-directed, responsible, and results-oriented profile * Intermediate to advanced English **Benefits:** Competitive base salary Major medical expense insurance (including dental and vision) 15 days of year-end bonus 25% vacation premium 12 vacation days starting from the first year Social security (IMSS) Bi-weekly food vouchers
