We are looking for our new INDUSTRIAL NURSE for a major industrial company. **What skills and experience do you need?** * Bachelor’s or technical degree in Nursing, with valid license and diploma (Mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in the industrial sector * Availability to cover the requested schedule * Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and workplace hygiene * National regulatory framework * Basic Office software proficiency * Implementation of management systems * Mexican Official Standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012 * Emergency care * Implementation of occupational health programs * First-contact consultations and emergency care * Problem analysis and resolution * Adherence to standards and procedures * Effective communication * Results orientation * Service orientation * Teamwork * Decision-making * Time management **What will you do?** * Participate in scheduled activities. * Comply with Mexican Official Standard NOM-030-STPS-2009. * Maintain records, reports, forms, communications, and advisory services in occupational health. * Participate in assigned safety and hygiene activities to prevent occupational accidents and diseases. * Monitor implementation and compliance with sanitary emergency response plans. * Track and manage occupationally exposed personnel. * Develop, implement, and monitor Medical Surveillance Programs. * Administer and manage the medical clinic (medication and supply inventories, furniture and equipment, Biological-Infectious Hazardous Waste (RPBI), logs). * Manage clinical records per Mexican Official Standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012, “Clinical Records.” * Conduct and interpret medical tests on occupationally exposed personnel (audiometry and spirometry). * Coordinate campaigns with public and private institutions. * Issue fitness-for-duty recommendations. * Process and issue permits for high-risk tasks. * Implement and monitor compliance with the Wellness Program. * Fulfill duties assigned by Grupo Consulmed and the client. * Comply with policies established by Grupo Consulmed and respect guidelines set forth by the client. * Maintain assigned equipment (provided by Grupo Consulmed or the client) in good working condition. * Promptly report any anomalies or deviations to enable immediate correction. **What do we offer—and why join us?** * Gross monthly salary: $14,735.76 MXN * Statutory benefits from Day 1 + Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers: $1,013.00 MXN monthly * Effective, curriculum-valued training programs * Health discount and benefits membership covering you and up to 10 additional beneficiaries Additional plant benefits: * Transportation * Cafeteria **What schedule will you work?** * Fixed shift: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM This schedule generates approximately six hours of double overtime per week, paid accordingly. **Where will you work?** * Álcali Estación neighborhood, García, NL, ZIP Code 66000 Does this sound right for you?
