Job Description We are seeking a Construction Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of industrial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards. The position requires operational leadership, problem-solving ability, and experience in construction and/or renewable energy projects, with a focus on electrical systems and photovoltaic projects. Responsibilities * Plan and supervise the execution of industrial and residential projects. * Interpret project engineering documents, including calculation reports, single-line diagrams, drawings, and technical documentation. * Ensure correct on-site application of technical specifications. * Supervise and coordinate operational staff and external work crews. * Identify risks, resolve incidents, and propose operational alternatives. * Guarantee compliance with technical regulations, quality standards, and safety guidelines. * Implement continuous improvements in operational and administrative processes. * Monitor construction progress and adherence to scheduled timelines. Requirements * Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. * More than 2 years of experience in operations, construction, or renewable energy. * Knowledge of electrical systems and photovoltaic projects. * Willingness to travel. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
