Key Responsibilities \- Conduct post-appointment follow-up and satisfaction surveys with patients who recently attended their appointments, focusing on: Identifying barriers to treatment adherence or dietary plan implementation. Verifying the quality of service provided at the clinic. Documenting friction points. Participating in special customer retention or service campaigns. Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication and excellent speaking ability. Ability to actively listen and empathize with patients. Effective problem-solving skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools. Requirements: Experience in customer service or retention roles.
