




**At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team:** **SALES COORDINATOR** Coordinate, implement, and develop action plans enabling sales agents to assign housing units according to the company’s established strategies, policies, and guidelines—contributing to the achievement of weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure implementation and monitoring of weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans through action and work plans with sales advisors. * Guarantee that housing advisors have the necessary tools to facilitate their sales activities at residential developments, sales offices, and/or housing fairs and events. * Ensure sales agents maintain a structured work plan and conduct consistent follow-up with prospects to formalize home sales in the shortest possible time. * Carry out all actions focused on implementing training and development programs for the sales force, as well as establishing performance indicators to measure results. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing. * 4 years’ experience in housing sales. * Experience with various types of credit. * Knowledge of sales techniques. * INFONAVIT certification. * Experience managing teams of more than 15 people. * Knowledge of market research. * Familiarity with the Enkontrol system. * Flexible availability. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Excellent working environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Training programs
