A company specializing in the distribution of pharmaceuticals is seeking talent for the position of **Sales Analyst.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge or background in the pharmaceutical, hospital, or healthcare industry is desirable. * 2 to 4 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Commercial Intelligence Analyst, or Commercial Planning Analyst. * Work location: Rio Manzanares 417, Colonia del Valle, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, plus Saturday on-call shifts of 4 hours. **Functions / Responsibilities** * Analyze sales by product, therapeutic line, customer, hospital, pharmacy, tender, and channel. * Analyze overall overdue accounts receivable and detailed analysis by customer, advisor, KAM, and management. * Market share analysis. * Monitor contracts, agreements, consignment arrangements, and institutional purchases. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, variance analyses, and objective achievement reports. * Analyze hospital consumption, inventory turnover, and demand behavior. * Support sales planning for key accounts (KAM). * Monitor pricing, discounts, margins, and profitability per customer and product. * Provide analytical support for tenders, award processes, and renewals. * Integrate data from CRM, ERP, and commercial team reports. * Identify risks related to overdue accounts receivable, excess inventory, or declining consumption. * Prepare executive presentations for the Commercial Directorate and Sales Management. * Coordinate with Finance, Credit & Collections, Logistics, Marketing, and Regulatory departments. **Technical Skills** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas; macros are desirable). * Power BI, Tableau, * PowerPoint * Canva * Analysis of pharmaceutical KPIs: * CRM and ERP (SAP). * Basic knowledge of: * Tenders and contracts * Hospital consignment programs * Inventory control * Accounts receivable and collections **What We Offer:** * Gross monthly base salary of $20,000 * Statutory benefits with 10% contributions * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: Punctuality Bonus, Attendance Bonus, Food Allowance (FA), Savings Fund (Caja de Ahorro), Retirement Savings Plan (SGMM), Group Life Insurance (GV), Voluntary Savings (VD).
