Requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or technical degree in Diesel Mechanics, Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum 1 year of experience Flexible schedule availability Willingness to travel Residence in the Santa Catarina area and surrounding regions Responsibilities: Open and close daily work orders for equipment entering the workshop, maintaining control Issue parts requisition vouchers requested by technicians Track unit repairs at assigned branches and region Manage preventive maintenance services jointly with Service Administration, based on scheduling and budgeting Assign repairs to technicians for units entering the workshop (with support from Service Manager) Prepare end-of-day status reports for units entering the workshop Open work orders for parts shipment to assigned geographic zone and maintenance routes Request parts status updates from Purchasing and Warehouse departments Update the preventive maintenance control database for EAD fleet in the region, and send daily reports to Fleet Administration Move units within the workshop to optimize workshop layout Communicate via telephone or email with branch managers or authorized personnel regarding service authorizations, based on the Service Program or reported corrective actions Coordinate workshop cleaning Schedule maintenance routes for assigned regions or authorize local services, execute work orders, and maintain supporting documentation Report mechanic attendance, bonuses, and overtime hours Close pending system work orders during monthly closing Report open and closed work orders for the month We offer: Starting salary of $20,000–$22,000 MXN per month, tax-free Integration into the payroll system Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus) One paid day off for birthday Paid Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday Employee discount on shipments Free uniforms Career growth opportunities within the company Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Position type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00–$22,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
