At Cremalab, we are looking for you: **Audiovisual Production Coordinator** **Overview:** If you are passionate about **coordinating teams, producing content, and turning ideas into visual outcomes**, this role is for you. We are seeking a creative, organized, and leadership-oriented individual to oversee the agency's audiovisual productions, ensuring quality and timely delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate productions (team, locations, logistics, materials). * Supervise workflow across pre-production, filming, and post-production. * Develop and manage project timelines and budgets. * Align communication between clients, Project Managers, and creative teams. * Oversee final deliveries and audiovisual quality. * Propose ideas and continuous improvements in production processes. **Desired Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Audiovisual Production, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in agencies or production companies. * Knowledge of ASANA and SCRUM MASTER methodology. * Familiarity with cameras, formats, editing, and production management. * Ability to lead teams and handle unexpected challenges. * Flexible, creative, and collaborative attitude.
