




**Position Objective** Be the bridge between the Brand Mkt department and the creative team, ensuring strong relationships, effective strategies, and flawless execution. Will be responsible for leading, thoroughly understanding brand needs, translating them into creative and strategic solutions, and ensuring the entire team moves forward with clarity, efficiency, and focus on results. **Responsibilities** * Translate business objectives into clear, relevant, and actionable briefs. * Internally coordinate creative, strategy, design, and production teams. * Supervise the quality and relevance of all deliverables. * Develop and present strategic proposals, campaigns, and integrated plans. * Identify growth opportunities within accounts (up\-selling, new projects, new brands). * Ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met. * Connect with all client departments: marketing, digital, Ecommerce, trade, medical, legal (depending on sector). * Actively participate in planning processes, pitches, and audiovisual production. **Profile and Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in creative, communication, or digital marketing agencies. * Strategic thinking: you understand business, marketing, branding, and consumers. * Excellent oral and written communication: clear, structured, persuasive. * Leadership and team management: you know how to organize, motivate, and lead without micromanaging. * High attention to detail, results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects. * Knowledge of the digital environment (social media, performance, content) and experience with integrated campaigns. * Experience in health, wellness, self-care, pharmaceutical, or similar categories.
